1. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • The item you received is incorrect
  • There is a size, color, or quality issue
  • The product does not match the description or images

Exchange Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Exchange is subject to product availability

Exchange Process

  2. Share your order details and issue
  3. Our team will guide you through the replacement process

2. Return & Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing items in the parcel
  • Product quality is significantly different from what was promised

Refund Conditions

  • The item must be returned in original condition
  • Refund is processed only after the product is received and inspected
  • Refund amount will be sent via Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash
  • Shipping charges (if any) for returning the parcel are the customer’s responsibility

Note: We do not offer refund for change of mind.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products bought on clearance or sale
  • Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen settings)

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before dispatch.
Once the parcel is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
